Find alignments between customer needs and specific features on the NovoEd learning platform.
Ideate and write course content, emphasizing the human-centered impact of such courses.
Design the first draft of the feature brief.
Iterate content and design of feature brief. Consult with co-workers in marketing, sales, customer success, and product on best practices.

The representatives from Beyond Conflict were thrilled to review the feature brief. It not only helped to better visualize the structure of online programs on NovoEd, but also increased the trust in the partnership between these two organizations.
